Lovely atmosphere, great service, and delicious foods. Whenever you are in Milano, you should spare one night to try this restaurant. It's Italian traditional cuisine in town and offer a lot of rich flavored dishes. We love it.

If a bit of old world is on your agenda, this is a lovely place to eat. The surroundings take you back, but the food is a mix of classic and modern, all of it excellent. Pasta dishes were perfect and all of the accompaniments equally good. Try the house crafted chocolate gelato. It seems a simple thing to get,... More

Good mood and style, cheap despite the level of place and food. Very good service. I enjoyed very much the lunch with my friend.

We went for lunch and ate in the cafe, which was nice, but would've preferred to sit outside - so if you're thinking of going I'd suggest you make a reservation or ask your hotel to make one for you if you don't speak Italian. Fortunately I speak a little Italian so it was ok that the waitress didn't speak... More

Service stated ok but degraded quickly thru out the night. We ordered osso buco with rizzoto, the sauce and meat were room temperature, we called the waitress, she took our dishes and 2 minutes she returned with the dish pipping hot! Taste was ok. Starters were bland, they did not had the wine we chose.

Osteria Delbinari serves tasty and authentic Milanese cuisine in a charming setting. The bistecca for 2 and risotto were highlights. Enjoy!

I visited it this Saturday night with a friends of mine (8 people). After 2 hours waiting at the table for our orders, we decided to go without having dinner. We asked several times for the manager, finally he came to us but nothing changed. Very poor service. It was the first time (and the last one) we visit this... More

Restaurant with a good atmosphere, kitchen is OK, but not really more. The service, however, cannot cope with anything: very slow and mostly overcharged meaning too many tables per waiter. Wine menu is not terrible either. Overall, there are many better places to go in Milano

My friend and I walked by this restaurant, and decided to check it out because it had a lot of Italian courses. I ate the crispy risotto, which I enjoyed very much, and the service was really good. We felt welcome the whole time, and if you are nearby, this is definitely a place to visit!

Thank Mimi N

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
