Great food and warm welcome! Chef Tommaso cooks the best meals. It feels like being among family friends.

Was here for a dinner. The service is great! The lady who served us speaks a decent English and she is very friendly. The food is great and fresh. Prices are also good. This is definitely the place to have great food, smiles and see Italian culture! Thank you for such a great experience!

My wife and I came in at dinner opening time: 730. We were the only people there until Italians started to arrive after eight. The place then filled up with locals. Everything was generously proportioned and delicious. The hostess – owner – could not have been friendlier or nicer. Spoke good English too.

I had two meals in this place during my short visit of Milan. I enjoyed a warm atmosphere of the restaurant while having a very well prepared traditional Milan meals. Ms. Anna was very welcoming, had great recommendations and offered good service. Warm recommendations for this place!

If you are looking for cheap, but great food this is the place. This was right next to the hostel I was staying in, so local to us after a long day of traveling. The pizza portion you get for the price is fantastic!!! We were served by really polite and friendly staff, they gave us some breadsticks for free... More

This is a good Italian restaurant. Unfortunately Milaan has a lot to offer, but also a lot of to commercial or touristic restaurants. I love Italy for it's original and good food. In Osteria Il Melograno I found exactly that. Welcome in Italy.

I had a rare to find and yet very standard "pasta e fagioli", a glass of red wine (a simple minded Cabernet) and a better than average coffee. All was quite nice and very fitting with the atmosphere. The feeling to be visiting a old auntie helped in the kitchen by the husband was reinforced by every detail, from the... More

The restaurant was recommended by hotel portier and turned to be exceeding the expectations. Both linguini con porchini and cotlette milanese were on the highest level, accompanied by a glass of wonderful wine. Excellent coffee. Friendly service. Just price. Highly recommend.
