We stopped by after visiting the Arclinea showroom and meant to have a quick drink, we ended up staying for 5 hours! Such beautiful decor, very up-to date with washed oak and natural linen colors. The waiters and waitresses were so much fun and it was great to watch all the locals stop in for a quick snack and to... More

The food is ok but nothing special. We had pasta which was so what salty. The prices are good. 12 Euro is ok. The restaurant and the place inside is nice. nevertheless I cannot recommend it.

Good food, perfect espresso, wine with taste and fast service. A place that is worth to have a lunch. Though, I would love to have more respect from the waiter :).

Tiramisu to die for finished off a perfect lunch. Classy dining at high street prices. Served with a delicious Rose wine from the sud tirol.

The bistro that is Nobile in Milan is a busy, unpretentious and fun place to be for a perfect lunch in the city. Well located on the Corso Venezia, it has a small front outside area, a larger rear one plus ground floor and basement dining - it's a lot bigger than perhaps it looks from the front! The place... I was very pleased with menu and service received during lunch when the place was packed full, but somewhat disappointed with service speed during dinner. It almost seemed that busy day had wore (kitchen) staff out as the food was coming quite slow although there were only a few tables to serve. I would recommend this place for lunch, but... More

We went to this place for a quick lunch. The Asian salad and the hot panini was really good. The service was also very friendly. We can definitively recommend this bistro!

Staying in Brera

Neighbourhood Profile
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).
