Don't expect white table cloth or anything fancy. This is a very crowded and popular local place. But the experience is really great. You feel local and the food is fresh, special and warming. even the cheapest wine was nice with our food. be sure to have time to wait or to make a reservation. And don't be stopped by... More

The food is good, the place and the staff are folksy, the price is cheap. Sometimes the boss at the cash register is a bit grumpy but you forgive him since the rest is really good :D They open at 9pm and I don't like that on weekends (friday & saturday) they don't reserve tables, so the way in gets... Whenever I am around Navigli, Brutto Anatroccolo is my first choice. A great place, with great food in a traditional setting. If you feel like being a working class hero, this is your place. Excellent food and wine (and spirits). Fair price. What else? You should try it yourself...

A very nice, authentic, and local restaurant. For me it deserves 5 out of 5 points because you get very good traditional food for a very good price! BUT there are some things you should know: - you order a la cart - the menu is in Italian - the whole Waiters are Italian and speak only Italian. If you... More

The food is delicious, fast, and authentic. The menu changes daily and is always fresh. The ambience is very unassuming and friendly. Don't miss the strawberry tiramisu if they have it!

Not the mkst gourmet, honest home food, the waiters are not mas, there's a lot of customers, regarding the menu, it's all homecooked honest meals, zero gourmet, zero fancy... Drop by for a casual homecooked italian meal, expect no more no less

Typical Milanese dishes like ossobuco, trippa, cotoletta alla milanese, etc. All done in a really casual atmosphere and with really competitive prices, especially at lunchtime. I had a really great stinco di maiale (pig calf) there last week.

An odd but absolutely attractive place, that perfectly manages to ironically combine the Italian 70s and today's mundanity, with a little poetry given by its name. Dishes are tasty, generous but not too much juicy. If you're a group of hungry friends it's the right place for you!

Located further out from Milano touristic district, this trattoria offers a lovely real Italian ambience. Having lunch surrounded by working people and families made one feel immersed in the average Italian life. The food are quite simple and cheap. Ranging from €4 to €8. Opted for risotto giallo becaue the ossobucco risotto was sold out, spaghetti al ragu maiale, insalata... More

The place is quite humble and the waiters are not of a classy team, but the food is good, the atmosphere relaxing and it is really cheap. I enjoyed it and certainly will come back.
