Dinner with friends and their kids. Very friendly waitresses, they made sure the kids got served timely. The pizzas were very nice and the rest too. All included ended up paying just over 20€ per person. Worth a visit.

We arrived prior to the restaurant opening for the evening, but were warmly greeted, and invited in to escape the rain, which we were very grateful for. I'm a vegetarian, and had to check ingredients on a couple of dishes, which was no problem at all, and we were recommended the spring rolls - glad I took them up on... More

I'm an Italian!!! I lived in Milan for 15 years and now I have been living since 2013 in Germany but from time to time I'm coming back to Milan to visit friends. The food quality overall is really bad! The service is really nice but this is not justify the low quality of the food. We have ordered a... More

Everywhere we went for pizza in Milan we got disappointed and on our last day we found this small amazing restaurant. We saw the stone oven and thought they must have good pizza. It was the best choice we made going in there because we got the best pizza and a very good service.

My husband is an extremely fussy eater and we came across this restaurant after finding the steakhouse we were looking for had closed down. We had 2 courses each, our starters were parma ham with bread and butter and stuffed potato skins followed by fillet steaks in pepper sauce with fries, we had a bottle of Merlot and with service... I've been eating at this restaurant for years on trips to Milan. It's a simple restaurant with good food and friendly service. If you go here enough, they will certainly remember you and make you feel more welcome. On a recent visit, we brought our two year old and he was warmly welcomed too. You can't go wrong with pizza... I found a beatle on my dish and the owner didn't tell me any formal excuse. I can't come back in the future.

I happened upon this restaurant while waiting to check into my accommodation near by. The staff were really friendly and the place was soon very busy with a great buzz. The la bomb pizza was wonderful (and huge) and was also good value. I would recommend highly for a spot of lunch near the Brera area. Thank you for making... More

This place is located next to the Moscova underground station and close to Corso Garibaldi. It seems to be a place for locals with a good choice of starters, firsts and seconds. They also have a pizza oven. The quality is ok but nothing special. That goes for the pizza as well as for the other dishes. (Actually for Milanese... More

Staying in Brera

Neighbourhood Profile
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).
