Yesterday I had my third lunch over a period of 12 months at Biancolatte. The experience was disappointing. We ordered one burger which was barely eatable (with overcooked bacon that I sent back) and one Caesar salad which was plain in flavor. The meat was dry which you might want to avoid when you charge 18,50 euro for a burger.... More

It's definitely a local restaurant, we might be the only tourists. But they have English manu. We came here for lunch and ordered Ham Piadina, breaded chicken nuggets, mixed fruit ice cream and cappuccino. Piadina w vinegar is just so good, but the breaded chicken is just average chicken nuggets. Berry ice cream are great! They are busy during lunch,... More

Bianco Latte is a cute place. Very well decorated. Staff is super nice. Ice-creams are delicious. It's always full of people. Prices are normal. And I totally would visit again.

Really cozy and charming cafe with nice choice of sweets. I ate ice creams there everyday during my stay in Milano. Try cookie taste :P

Recommended for a quick business lunch with "piadina" and chips. Great service and cozy location (white).

This is 'that' kind of Milan - you could be anywhere, really, from Vancouver to Copenhagen to Shanghai. But you are here - and it is a pleasure to enjoy a late latte or an early lunch in the fresh white decor. The food is impeccable, the wifi works... if I just could have managed to close my eyes and... More

This is a great little lunch place, bustling with people and fantastic food, the breads are to die for and the Buratta with Vegetables or Pesto Trofie just simple and divine. It's so real but so elegant and very light and airy

We had brunch, eggs, bacon, yoghurt and bread. They didnt serve it all simultaneously and we waited a long time for our coffee. They offer a range of HomePage juice, which is quite Nice. It was a little expensive for the quality and amount of food we had Per Serving. But if you want Something other than the traditionel croissant... More

If you want to have a great breakfast or lunch and are staying near the Milan Central or Duomo area, this is definitely as must. Their quiche was scrumptious. The setting is so lovely, all white with metal bird cages, lovely plants on white pails etc. I highly recommend this place.

Staying in Brera

Neighbourhood Profile
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).
