Such a good find. Fantastic food and atmosphere was lively and pleasant. Found this on tripadvisor so was relying on the reviews and they were very accurate. Amazing find - well worth a visit if you are in Milan.

Down an alley and around the corner, Andry is worth the effort to find. We shared three dishes: octopus salad, red shrimp spaghetti, and poppy seeded tuna, with a side or roasted veggies, a bottle of pinot gris and a bottle of water. All three course were wonderful, the bread baskets were enticing, but only tried and finished off the... More

A ten minute walk from the Duomo passing vintage street trolley cars, Andry Restaurant is well worth the visit. Attentive service in a cozy and happening restaurant. Fresh hot pita type bread, as well as italian bread were brought to the table immediately. Two pasta dishes -- one with mushrooms and one with Fruite de Mare and excellent branzino (... More

After some delay on service we finally got something to drink, a nice italian premium beer. Prosciuto was too thick and below the average taste. When commented to waiter he brought a second plate for free, thinner but still gummy. Pasta were great: Fruiti di mare spaguetti ...suberb! Parpadelle also. Good wine recommendation within average. Cheeses for dessert were not... More

Three of us had dinner here in August. We ordered mixed grilled fish and it was all fine, but it wasn't amazing, it is probably a bit too far from the sea to get really amazing fresh fish. The restaurant was very stylish and the service was good, but I wouldn't rave about the food. Good if you are looking... More

We arrived without a reservation and they were quite busy. We had to wait for half and hour to get a table but it was worth the wait. Price was reasonable for city center and the food was really lovely. My wife ordered some lobster and it was a bit disappointing to only be served half of a lobster but... More

We ate here twice in a five night stay, it was easily the best restaurant we visited but also the most expensive. The menu was interesting. The fresh fish range was impressive. The food was all beautifully cooked. The wine was superb. Expect to pay between 90 & 100 euros for 2 courses for two people with a bottle of... More

Went here because it was literally across the street from our hotel. What a great find it turned out to be. We had an excellent bottle of wine, scallops, a charcuterie plate which we watched them serve up in front of us and also the regional dish of risotto with bone marrow. It was delicious and they were very accomodating.

This is a small restaurant hided in a small lane from the business shopping streets of Milan. Great and attentive service from the waiters. Glad we could get the last available table. The foods were tasty and yummy. Drinks was great, ambient was cozy and relaxing. We had a great evening there. Definitely will revisit this place when I am... More

Very close to Via Dante but away from the confusion you find this restaurant. Service is extremely nice, food is fantastic (I tried the tuna with seeds on the first visit and tagliatelle with scampi on the second) and price adjusted to the quality. Good wine recommendation do overall well worth a visit.

Staying in Centro Storico

Neighbourhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
