I ate here for a quick lunch. Myself and husband both got the calzone which was very nice. Not a huge choice if you don't want a pizza/ calzone and no snacks for after.

We popped in for a quick lunch and had a slice of pizza each. The owner was very nice, he spoke English really well and heated up our pizza slices. The pizza was not massively to my taste - it was very thick (about an inch thick) and quite bready, and I prefer a very thin based pizza. It was... More

Need a quick lunch, don't like to spend money, like fine food?! This is the place for you. Pizza cuts are great here, the owner is from Naples... But then he has a lot of phantasy and makes those wonderful sandwiches of pizza dough! And much more. Try the "scostumato" ("impolite") sandwich - I never thought a vegetarian sandwich could... We lunched there a bit on the run. The place was filled with local people on their break. The pizza al taglio is tasty, the service is fast and the staff polite and patient with people like us, who take a long time to choose :) The prices are very reasonable.

The pizza was very good, the staff was very friendly and a huge advantage is that it was open in the afternoon, when almost all the restaurants in Como are closed. It's a great place to eat authentic Italian pizza if you're hungry in the afternoon :).

Located in the old section of town, the Peach Pit offers terrific pizza starting with focaccia bread and offering a variety of toppings, all slathered in cheese. It's a wonderful place to grab a bite on the run (or walk). The venue is small with window seating allowing a view of the street and pedestrians. The employees are positive, outgoing,... More
