This place is a "classic" in Genova, known especially for their whipped cream. Yes, it might sound weird, but even whipping cream can be elevated to an art, and this place has managed to do that. Came back here after several years... I enjoyed my...ice cream: chocolate, "panera" (a Genoese coffee-based semifreddo) and, indeed, "panna montata" (whipped cream). It was a joy!More

Almost anything you buy from here is going to be fresh and "home-made". Try anything that has "panna" in the name or description. You'll come back for seconds. It's not cheap but it's a nice treat.
