What a lovely find, am tempted to keep it a secret as it is good, from the food, setting, friendly and helpful staff etc. We were only in town for one night, but glad we got a recommendation to eat here. Totally authentic, reasonably priced and delicious!

We ordered misto di mare, which is a smoke fish platter of marinated and smoked fish. First courses we had the black spaghetti, and for second course which is different every day, we shared a mussel platter. All excellent. This is a small place on Via S. Bernardo that also sells wine. We had a half bottle of Vermentino di... More

We went there following the Michelin guide. Absolut success, the 3 kind of pasta was delicious(specially the pasta with anchovies and pine nuts, best pasta in my Italian trip). The frittura was great, as it should be, and the desserts were just amazing. All that coupled with the best value for money you can get

One of my favorite restaurant in Genoa! Very high quality and genuine food traditionally cooked by the 70 years old mother of the owner. The service is informal but efficient. Excellent wine list and you can ask the owner for guidance (he is an experienced sommelier). All type of pasta and fish are excellent! Since the origins of owner family... More

A mix of Genoese and Sardinian, at least as good as you'll get at Del Posto in NY and super-reasonable. Great salumi, delicious ravioli, scaloppa de fois gras that was the best I've ever had, and delicious grilled lamb chops. One of the best meals we've ever had. And an excellent 16 Euro Bolgheri recommended by Signore Pinturi. As good... More

A friend took me to this tiny old-style trattoria in the heart of old Genova a few weeks ago and I still cannot believe I had missed it for all these years. Pintori serves home made Sardinian dishes with a local twist and has one of the most impressive wine cellars in our area. The base menu is the rock... More

Located in storic centre , perhaps not to o easy to find , it's worth because it's really a familiar cuisine absolutely accured and professional. The owner is a capable sommelier and takes care of his hosts

The place was adviced by our host snd it is pretty good. Try local pasta with pesto €9 or any seafood dishes you prefer. Vino alla casa - €13 a bottle. Just a few steps from the cathedral
