I'm not sure why this restaurant is no. 4 in all of Trieste. It should be no. 1. We came here the first night had a wonderful meal and immediately booked again for our last night. We should have booked all the nights in between....Fantastic food. Great service. Lovely decor. Prices completely correct. Amazing place.More

One of the best restaurant in Trieste. Delicious cuisine, very pleasant stuff and good wine. Only one disadvantage - there is no garden pr outside tables, but the cuisine is worth to try… Thank you…

Wonderful seafood as per the season, all fully homemade and totally fresh. Very creative cuisine, accessible and exciting at the same time. And superb service by the owners: the chef and the sommelier. Do reserve in advance!

Nerodiseppia was a pleasant discovery. In a backstreet between the harbour and the old town, it suffers a bit the proximity of some very noisy and obviously popular bar. However, the food and the service are absolutely great and are worthy bearing a bit of...annoying music in the background. The fish was fresh and good, and the portions humongous - I had a serving of fried sardoni to fill an army! The highlight of the evening was probably the young waitress who attended our table, incredibly friendly and nice. Recommended.More

A very good quality price relation with an excellent service and a rich wine card. Appreciable to taste wine with „glass formula“. Honestly - I had better „fritto misto“ - but all other dishes - included desserts - where fab! Good fresh food quality !...I would definitely return to the place !More

Unluckily I tried to book a table many times. I was always to late. This time I managed to book it 2 days in advance. I rated this trattoria as "very good". Excellent would be to generous and very good does not fit well. It...is better than very good. I would appreciate a live explanation of the plates and not reading it from the menue. Specially because the chef himself brought us menues and helped with choosing wine. Food itself was delicious and beautifully arranged on the plates. Tris of fish tartare and tris of anchovis, which we had as apetisers, were perfect. Spaghetti with botarga di tonno also. Tagliata di tonno should be served on much warmer plate as the fish got unpleasant cold after a short while. Gratinated ombrina filet with caponata was the highlight. When choosing wine I was positively surprised. The most expensive wine on the list was brunello at about 70 €. Prices fir bottles are very close to prices in wine shops, or even lower. Very good aproach which should be followed! From sweets we tried Millefoglie and I must admit: never better!More

Few choices but excellent. Courteous staff. Good combination of wines. Price too high for what offered.

A family affair, this is the go-to local place for seafood. Having heard it was popular late in the game, we showed up very close to opening during lunchtime and scored a seat without a reservation. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if next time we...weren’t so lucky. The owner was absolutely darling, making us feel welcome and so happy. We speak a little Italian, but nothing impressive, and she was positively gracious. The food was absolutely delicious. Fritto misto and also spaghetti bottarga were both divine and possible to be made gluten free. Run—don’t walk! But make a reservation!More
