Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The food was far beyond expectations. The pizza was disgusting, greasy: we ordered a pizza with prosciutto and instead got a cheap ham from the store. The lasagna did not look or taste like lasagna. Worst of all was the service: a rude employee and...not to mention that plates were being thrown to the tables like to some animals. We have never had even similary terrible experience.More

Looking at the reviews and at the km0 notice our expectations were quite high. The location is beautiful and we had a wonderful sunset. The food is good. Service can improve, too cold

Excellent location, quick and attentive service (went out of their way to find a table even though they place was packed for lunchtime), 72 types of piadina (tried 3 and very good), home made french fries (very very good) and cold draft beer. Nice wine...tasting option as well. Went back twice.More

There's cheap and cheerful then there's cheap without the cheer - There's no debating the food in this establishment is cheap, but the 'pizza' is one of the worst I've ever had. It was a tiny, frozen pizza which was pretty doughey and overcooked, pretty...disappointed. Also took over 30 minutes to arrive, so the ovens must have been working slow. The plus side - Service was friendly and the restaurant was in a nice location.More

We ended up stopping in for a drink here on most days during our visit. Good selection of local and imported beer. Good snacks (bruschetta trio especially). Excellent people watching! Each time we brought our books meaning to have a leisurely drink and do some...reading and each time we simply sipped our beers and watched loads of people walk by. Enjoyable!More

My wife and I spent an afternoon in San Marino and stopped here for lunch. The prices were very reasonable and the food was decent. My wife had the margarita pizza and I had a ham and sausage pizza which came to €10 in total....We each had a glass of local red wine as well bringing the total bill to €23! Good food, fast and friendly service, for a great price! Worth the trip to San Marino!More

Ideal for a fast lunch with traditional and "fast" food. Around 70 different kind of Piadina. Cheap price to be just outside the walls of the city center.

Facing west, this bar cafe is ideal for a lunch in the sun. The seating is indoor but a table at the front affords full sun and amazing views. A large choice of sandwiches, wines and beers served by friendly staff. My piadina was very...tasty.More

Lovely place right at the entrance of san marino castle. We were walking by and could not avoid lovely live music and great ambience of the restaurant and hence had our dinner here. Had a lovely rose wine, special san marino French fries and piadinis...which were all equally good. Gelateria is good for desserts too.More

My and my girlfriend dropped by for a quick lunch while in San Marino, and the experience was quite good. The waiter was super nice - giving us advices and local recommendations. The food was good; 5 slices of bread with different topping (tomato, mushroom,...meat, etc.), and all had melted cheese on top. They could be served a little hotter, but beside that - we recommend it.More
