We were recommended to this trattoria by a friend, and we're pleased to find a friendly, authentic local eaterie. Our waitress was very helpful, spoke English to compensate for our minimal Italian. Food wasn't cordon bleu, but tasty, meat tender, wide choice. Atmosphere was very good, wide range of clientele from families with children to business men and groups of... More

I visited this restaurant 3 times already, first after the advice of my Italian flatmate and I can say, he was right: this is a really great restaurant if someone is looking for typical Parmesan/ Emilia-Romagna style cuisine. The torta fritta with salami and ham is fantastic, they have pesto di cavallo as local cuisine and also a lot of... More

It is a popular place, yet with exception of torta fritta there was nothing special about food. Given the size of the place & number of people in the kitchen it is more like fast food. We found it also difficult to digest.

Enjoyed this classic bustling restaurant as part of a large group of 20+ people seated in one of the large dining rooms. Started with typical Parma antipasto and the local very light "puffy bread", then proceeded to a beautiful pasta sampler with various ravioli, and had an entree with two nicely prepared meats - veal and beef. Lots of the... More

I was together with Parma food fanatics, that don't want choice, eccentricity, novelty but tradition. An tradition we got at its best and at a very reasonable price

This was our second choice restaurant of the evening but delighted that we became acquainted with Trattoria Corrieri. We were surprised that we got a table as the place seemed over full when we got in. Incredibly busy with a great buzz but the tables are very close together so not the place for an intimate dinner, especially if you... More

I've been here with my girlfriend for a romantic dinner. We took prosciutto and cappelletti , those were pretty good, but the waiter with glasses was definitely awful! So impolite and rude, every time we ordered something he looked upset . DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND There are so many other restaurants around there; choice another one.

Loved this place, perfect in every way. The pasta is to die for! The meat was amazing. The wine list balanced. It's so cheap too compared to the tourist traps like Milan and Verona. This doesn't seem to be a tourist place more locals. Service was prompt and the girl with the music tattoos on her arm was a great... More
