It has many unique flavors which you can't get from other gelateria. The texture of the gelato is so creamy and flavorous. But some of the flavor maybe a bit sweet for me. Still love it anyway. My favorite are Matcha and ananas è rosemary (pineapple and rosemary). Moreover, Ciacco is an healthy option for an gelato addicted who still... More

We had the chance to eat some icrecream here at Ciacco and we were surprised by the quality of its products. There's also a confy room inside where to sit and spend few relaxing minutes while tasting a nice home made product. Definitely a place to go if you are in the area.

This was my favourite gelateria in Parma due to its range of creative flavours. These weren't just for show, but were well thought out combinations that tasted delicious The pineapple and rosemary was sweet with subtle flowery notes. The milk-free sorbet enriched with tonka beans was incredibly creamy and airy. The cacao sorbet was beautifully bitter. We visited twice and... More

We ate gelato here for 5 days running. Some of the flavors were less successful but the peach and the pineapple Rosemary were outstanding

We hadn't come across this Gelateria before, but were so glad we did.Although Itlay is well known for being the best at producing ice cream, it was an experience to find so many alternative flavours or enhancements to flavours and OH SO creamy

Liked the ice cream, very clean atmosphere, strong emphasis on natural ingredients . Just not an excellent result, in my opinion. Would go again if close-by, would not make a trip of it.

While on a trip to Milan and Lake Como, I took a day trip to Parma. This was the best gelato I had the entire trip. The line went out the door, but by the time I could read the menu on the wall, which was just in Italian, I had to place my order. I ordered chocolate and two... More

A fantastic range of flavours, from the eclectic and intriguing to the traditional favourites done very well. Their menu changes slightly daily, but there is always a good dairy-free offering (roughly half happened to be dairy free), with a good number of specialist, local ingredients and some flavours free from refined sugar (not that you could tell when eating them).... Definitely the most interesting gelateria we went to in Italy. Great flavors and quality. My favorite gelato while on holiday.
