Roman dishes in Bologna. Great appetizers: try the codfish balls. Excellent first courses: spaghetti with cheese and pepper. Excellent vegetables: fried artichokes "alla romana" and chicory with anchovies. Rich wine list, very professional and friendly service. The tables are few and the restaurant always full, I recommend booking in advance.

I had a very beautiful evening with 3 friends at quanto basta. At the far and quiet end of via del pratello, quanto basta is a small and beautiful place. Cacio e Pepe, arrosticini with aioli and baccala as an entree was a great and beautiful dinner Definitely worth visiting

I was told that this incredibly popular roman restaurant is always fully booked, but I was lucky enough to find a table for four straight away. The atmosphere is very pleasant, relaxed and sophisticated at the same time, and if you book well in advance you will have the option of seating outside facing a lovely little square in Via... More

I went here for my last dinner before l left Bologna and it was amazing! The panzanella was so flavourful and I had the rigatoni alla amatriciana for my entree and it was delicious. The dessert was light and sweet. The servers were very friendly and helpful. My server knew a lot about the wine and made great recommendations. It... More

Traditional food very well executed, limited menu in order to offer very fresh food, the waiter was kind and helpful. From the antipasto to the dessert the meal was really tasteful, and good value for money in my opinion.

We were a group of ten, half of us not speaking fluent Italian, but we were very kindly and patiently welcome; the food was really good, the fried "things" amazing it's hard to find so good even in Rome (maybe just having some more or different dessert and it would be perfect). Will go back for sure. Don't forget to... More

Only knew about this place from a local, the restaurant is completely unpretentious and you wouldn't even consider walking in from how it looks, totaly normal. But once you sit down and start enjoying the food, wow. They even have this trace system where they tell you where each and every ingredient has come from. This place could be in... More

A very small trattoria, clean and friendly, my favourite choice: Spaghetti cacio e pepe, la caponata (a Sicilian specialty but perfecly Made) , and the fried artichokes. The desserts are simile but good and fresh. The only problem is to find a table, you have to reserve it many days in ad ance.

If you like Roman cuisine, there is no better place to get it in Bologna than this simple, little place tucked in a pedestrian-only street in central Bologna, known for the movida going on at all hours. QB is cozy, almost intimate, but its Gricia, Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe and Saltimbocca are tasty, the service is extremely friendly and the... More

Located in a very busy food street. Waiters are okay but not good in English. No English menu! Difficult to order food by yourself if you don't know Italian. No fish no seafood can be found in main course! Food are just average not impressive. Price is okay.
