Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What a cool spot this is! When you arrive - grab a paper ticket from the dispenser - this gets you in the queue to order. The wait is long, but the food is amazing. It has a vibrant atmosphere and the staff work really...efficiently to keep things moving - it's amazing watching them. Would highly recommend for some truly mouthwatering pizza.More

Great pizza. Great vibe. Very fresh and the best is to order your pizza and to be served by Gabriele Bonci himself! We try different flavors

The pizza wasn't so good. I have found many much better and far cheaper places in Rome than this. The location isn't ideal to eat the pizza on the spot. We waited in line long time before being served, not sure why this place attracts...so many people. On top of that we could find Bonci pizza boxes everywhere in the surroundings. That place apparently doesn't really care that the whole district gets littered with trash produced by them. What a shame. They should be fined for that. Don't go.More

We have heard of Bonci from Netflix's Chef's Table. So, is the hype justified? Absolutely. Was the wait for an hour worth the visit? Not sure, but definitely interesting to see how absolutely everyone is lining up for some Pizza al Taglio (by the slice)....The venue itself is so simplistic you'll be amazed why this place is a haven for foodies. We tried so much pizza slices (ham, prosciutto, chicken, roast beef - geez, the list goes on). There are also some unknown flavours we got because we just pointed what we want to try. We also tried 3 different Suppli (rice ball with mozarella surprises). Just a note for tourists like us: you arrive and take a number. You shouldn't go inside the whole time to wait coz it will be a very long wait. Once your number is called, go inside and point there, point here, point everywhere! Pay for all you ordered, and then wait some more as they heat them all up. Then enjoy the best pizza in all of Rome. There, I educated you - thank me later.More

We went to Pizzarium for an early dinner, after visiting the Vatican/St Peters on a November evening. Being featured in Chefs Table on Netflix and other TV shows, , it has catapulted in popularity, so expect large crowds. You take a numbered ticket and wait...at the counter to place your order. It's pizza by the slice, with a large variety on offer. Expensive, but very good - with a unique dough/pizza base.More

Really enjoyed the food here although I expected a much bigger restaurant style place. You basically stand on the side street to eat.

Delicious pizzas, but the line was SO long! Although I loved the pizza, it was in a somewhat nonedescript area and the queue took over 45 mins! That said, if you're looking for some of Rome's best pizza al' taglio, it is clearly one of...the most worthwhile options. Kind staff - they sympathised with us and gave us our 10 supplis for free!More

We have found this venue based on the recommendation from others. How big disappointed was to saw the bill. 26 euros for three pizza slices? Really? I could even forgive it when it tasty, but it wasn’t.

Very expensive. It's good pizza but over rated and definitely not worth the price. I've eaten better pizza for less.

Thankfully we hit it lucky with timings so arrived just before opening and therefore didn’t have long to wait. This place has gathered huge attention from social media, but it really is not worth the hype. The pizza was very disappointing and extremely overpriced. The...pizzas are not labelled and when you ask staff what they are, they didn’t have the best attitude. I understand it’s busy, but perhaps labelling the toppings would be helpful. The carbonara ball wasn’t anything special either. I wouldn’t be encouraging anyone to visit.More

We arrived here as part of the Roman Food Tour. Guided by the wonderful Chiara, we were treated to a remarkable showcase of Italian flavors. We had the privilege of savoring pizza at Bonci, which was a game-changer. As pizza enthusiasts from NJ, we're no...strangers to great pies, but the pumpkin pizza we tried at Bonci was extraordinary and unlike anything we've ever had. Its unique flavor and quality left a lasting impression. We were so impressed with our experience that we couldn't resist buying the Bonci book. The prospect of making the pancetta and rosemary pizza at home is something we're eagerly looking forward to.More

So after all the netflix buzz around Bonci and this pizza place, of course you need to see it for yourself... After arriving to this place, not the prettiest parts of Rome btw... we had to take a number and waiter more than TWO HOURS...(40 numbers before us) to get served. There is ZERO place to sit down, buy a drink or even a cafe in the nearby while you wait... so mostly people sit between cars on the pavement. After finally getting to our turn, you go inside the place, where the music is soo LOUD, you cannot hear anything the server is telling you... so you mostly just point to the pizza you want to eat. For the big hype around this place I was really surprised to taste a more than AVERAGE pizza, which was extremely expensive.... I would surely not recommend this place to anyone! Expensive, average taste, loud, no places to sit, huge waiting time, dirty environment...More

Si, è aperto il sabato con orario continuato dalle 11 alle 22 e la domenica dalle 11 alle 15 e dalle 17 alle 22 ma nel weekend c'è parecchia fila da fare, quindi bisogna essere pazienti.
