The atmosphere is completely Italian, just like in the movies. The service was warm and welcoming. The bread was soft, fresh and delicious. We ordered the fried zucchini, fried artichoke, artichoke fettuccini, gnocchi and the ricotta and spinach ravioli. The dishes were a big portion...More

Unassuming, tucked away in a quiet corner of Trastevere, but brimming with atmosphere, friendly characterful staff and fantastic food. Lunch was good value too. Highly recommended - in fact we tried to go back for dinner but the wait time was over an hour because...More

Food is just OK, the usual roman dishes, however, service was horrible and rude! Everything was sloooow, we had been sitting for 15 minutes before our order was taken. Then food took about half an hour to arrive. We ordered some more wine when the...More

Great place to go on a spring or summer night as they have a lovely outdoor seating area Abundant portions and delicious fried zucchini flowers and ascolane olives - a tough find done well in Rome

Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded
postcard, a little worn around the edges but still
charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering
streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and
overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible
mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of
entertainment - a rotating set of street performers
entertains almost every night, and unforgettable

Trattoria da Teo recently moved (just 30 mt from the old location"Enzo")to the very near and typical "Piazza dei Ponziani" with a nice outdoor terrace. Traditional trattoria where you can eat a genuine and typical Roman cuisine. Stockfish filets; Giudia artichokes; carbonara; amatriciana; gricia; ossobuco; tripe; pajata; Vaccinara tail, fresh fish and very special Tiramisù, Mascarpone Mousse with soft fruits and strawberries, a good local and national wines list.
