Been here a few times with groups of friends, the food is always very nice and the atmosphere pleasant. I have had both meat and fish dishes, they were very well prepared and also have nice presentation. Italian classics a little revisited. Will definitely go back again.

Tuttifrutti Gelato in Rome (via Nemorense 191) is absolutely one of the best! I am a Gelato Fan myself and there is no question about it, the quality is superb! Staff is very nice!

It was my last night in Rome and I got lost with a friend looking for another restaurant, but we were very lucky to find this amazing place instead. The whole experience was perfect -food, service and environment, and it was worth the extra $.

Great place with friendly staff and nice athmosphere. The polipo as main is great. Red house wine is pretty good. Been there three times. The quality of dishes sometimes shifts. Carbonbara was excellent the first time but not so good last time I had it.

Very relaxing atmosphere, the owner Marco is serving the tables and -sometime- cooking. Simple high quality food. I strongly recommend. I go there regularly

As a woman who travels alone to Rome on business, I appreciate good service, and this place treated me very well. The food was quite good, and it's clear they aspire to being more than a traditional ristorante. The bread was excellent, and so was the house wine. I enjoyed the cacio e Pepe, and wished I had the appetite... More

The food was very good. However, just a few little issues. The food was very expensive in relation to the amount and variety on the plate therefore we thought it did not represent good value. The wine was also very expensive. The restaurant was cold on the night we dined, and the waiting staff, although polite, forgot to bring items... More

We were delighted to find this restaurant upon recommendation by our hotel concierge. The decor is modern and sleek. The wait staff was very knowledgeable. We were informed of the seasonal menu depending on fresh ingredients available. Two in our party had the Osso Buco, which they claimed was delicious and perfectly seasoned. The Spaghetti Carbonara tasted of homemade pasta... More

My husband and I just returned from a 5 day visit in Rome. We stayed in Testaccio and loved everything about it. We're already talking about returning in the spring. We made a reservation at Tutti Frutti for dinner and had a very enjoyable time. It was a set menu of 6 courses, a traditional Italian Christmas Eve meal, consisting... More

Staying in Testaccio

Neighbourhood Profile
Put the house music on replay and you have Testaccio, an ancient Roman port and former working class neighbourhood where the bass is set to high almost every night of the week. Its collection of discoteche (nightclubs), street parties, and crowded restaurants give it its well-deserved party reputation. During the daytime, Testaccio is more easy listening than club hit, the area is full of locally owned small businesses and has one of the city's larger produce markets.
