This is where the locals go for lunch or dinner. We had lunch here one day and then later realized that we'd already booked a pizza making class for our family the next evening. It's good food, not super amazing ambiance but would be good for a big group as you'd bring a lot of your own atmosphere. Our restaurant... More

Good for a coffee in the afternoon. They have a reasonable selection of cakes. Cheerful service, comfortable seats and you can take you time to relax. Central location.

This restaurant is easily missed, its in the same plaza area as 'Gusto which looked about the same level of busy-ness. We secured a table inside easily and had rapid drinks and food service. Modern interior, with upstairs as well as an outdoor seating area. Good selection of salads, pizza, pasta and antipasti. Good value and also there is a... More

We walked all the way from the Borgese Gallery to this restaurant, looking for a place to have lunch with more locals than tourists - not always easy in central Rome. The walk was very worthwhile. We shared grilled vegetables and each had a pizza - a lot of food, but we finished it all because it was delicious! We... More

Our hotel manager recommended To Cafe for a late night (11:30pm) dinner after our arrival in Rome. The restaurant was filled with locals having a late meal.(Probably a normal time for Roman's.)Pizza was great, a real Napoli style thin crust pizza. There are over 1 varieties to chose from. We split one but the locals were ordering 1 pizza each... More

And Wine. Lots of wine. Food was amazing. Wait staff lots of fun; regardless of who undertsood what. We ate upstairs and variety of food was most interesting. Pizza is different than most we've had in US but that's the fun of traveling. And dessert was perfect. Appeared to be busy without our group so check if reservations are necessary... More
