Found this wonderful restaurant by researching on Trip Advisor. All of the great reviews were spot on! The location is a very quiet street, in the Monti section. We made a reservation through our hotel concierge, in advance of our stay, and a good thing...More

I really have no clue wherr this restaurant gets positive comments. First of all: -long wait for pasta, it arrived raw, it has been highlighted to a waitress who said it's "Italian way, aldente". Unfortunately there is massive difference between aldente and raw. Regardless she offered...More

The pasta was decent, but far from the best we had in Rome. The seabass on the bone main was very nice. The spot was definitely catered towards the tourist market (logically, considering the location). The ambiance in the restaurant was somewhat stressful, but definitely...More

Good Pasta Amatriciana, a Rome classic. Chicken limone was a light and tender choice for those like me who need to control the unavoidable gluttony while in Italy. The stuffed pork with Gorgonzola was a good main course and the ravioli with chicken liver sauce...More

We were a group of 6 people and booked table in advance. They were fully booked and opened at 19:30. Our table was at the enterance, and had a small chilly draft, as the temperature was 15-16 outside that night. But enough about the conditions......More

An advice; this place must be booked in advance which we do understand. Very good food at very reasonable prices, and excellent and friendly service just makes this to a winner in Rome!

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighbourhood just
west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as
it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet
for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season,
quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its
cobblestone streets. The neighbourhood supports unique
and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime
residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at

Sorry for the delay in responding. I have only just seen your question. This restaurant is close to the colosseum. I would say from the Trevi fountain it would be a twenty minute walk.

Honestly I don't know. They are very family oriented, so maybe not open on Christmas...I would call them.
