We had a very pleasant dinner here, good food (baked sea bass for main) attentive service and reasonable prices - especially the house red wine. Don't expect scraps of food and pretentious trimmings on huge plates. This is good, basic, well presented food

A great cellar restaurant, the food was excellent and the staff friendly and enjoyed a joke. Andrea was very helpful and made us most welcome. We intend to visit Rome again next year and L'Europeo is already on our list to do.

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only
way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The
Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas
in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s
famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to
its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub,
Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot
vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
