This restaurant has been recommended by italian friends and we were really shocked by the relevant lack of hospitality. Despite a good selection of fresh products, the experience is spoiled by unfriendly, very tired and embittered waiters who obviously have no patience and don't want...More

Excellent quality Italian food and not a tourist trap. There were many locals at the restaurant and this was recommended to me by a Roman friend. Food was delicious

This place came recommended for dinner and also to visit the Trevi fountain afterwards. The restaurant does not provide menus in English which is a shame as we picked dishes whose names we recognized in Italian. The waiter also couldn't help. We started with the...More

Situated some 75 m from Trevi Fountain, this restaurant is superb. Authentic older Style Italian. Staff are exceptionally good as is the food. Highly recommended.

Five family members ate at Al Moro on a recent trip to Rome. I consider myself knowledgeable about food and judge the meal that we had at Al Moro unacceptable at any level. When we entered the restaurant I was very encouraged by the display...More

The restaurants near the Trevi fountain are often "tourist restaurants"... go to Al Moro for the true italian food! The service is great and you will have a taste of all the best roman dishes. Try the carcioffi alla romana and the tomatoes as a...More

Even it will sound a little strange I don't like roman restaurants very much. I visited Il Moro Trattoria on my 3rd day in Rome, my biggest regret was that we didn't find it before. The quality of the food is excellent, everybody will take...More

Great food and location. Should try the artichoke and the lamb ribs. Also the sambaioni with small strawberries. Good quality for money.

A close friend said this is his favorite restaurant in Rome. It is the type restaurant I envisioned when looking for a "true Italian" restaurant. Almost hidden in an alley near the Trevi Fountain. Great food, service and wine. Be certain you have the artichoke...More

A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is
all about action. From early morning through the wee
hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a
never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or
take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming
gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of
hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle
are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you

I suspect they do but I am not in possession of it. Perhaps the concierge at the hotel you will be staying at could make the rez for you.
Can anyone tell me how expensive it is? No real menu on their website.
