Trying to avoid the over crowed tourist places the new years day, we discover this small place where we had a good dinner and we enjoyed every thing we ordered, Its not a cheap place like every where in Rome, but its worth the value !

This was hands down the best food I ate in Rome. The fettuccine with lemon and cream was to die for. The lasagna as well. And the best part about it was the price. Compared to alot of the other restaurants around the Colosseum, this is the best one.

I stayed in a nearby hotel, read good reviews and decided to have lunch here. Service is very good; was really happy. Restaurant is cozy and a stone throw from Colosseum. The food was good, not excellent. I Had spaghetti with mushrooms (dish of the day), it was nice but I think they forgot to add salt :); and then... More

Tried to get a table for Nine on the main road but there wasn't enough space. The waitress suggested we go to their other premises as they were not so busy. What a surprise we had in store. A short walk away from the hustle and bustle we were presented with a beautiful restaurant with a table for nine setup... More

Had a pasta Vongole and a bottle of wine in this restaurant located only a few hundred meters from Colosseum. Quality of food and wine were better than expected, and we payed 50 Euros for two pastas with seafood, a bottle of pinot grigio and a dessert to share. Nice to sit outside in December:-)

We came across the cosy little square where the restaurant is located by chance when we walked from Colosseum to the Vespa Museum. There were not many guests when we arrived, but it filled up very quickly. Food was very good, even though they forgot to prepare one of the dishes. There was also some kind of misunderstanding with wine,... More

We found this little gem while wandering the back streets near the Colosseum at dusk. Despite being quite early (6ish), it was already busy with tourists and Italians alike, always a good sign! The staff were very attentive, and the menu took a while to choose from, it all sounded so good! I had lasagne, the best I have ever... More

We ordered a pizza and a salmon with a side dish of baked potatoes. They were very delicious. The dishes came out very quickly. The only problem is the prices are not cheap. For example we had to pay separately for the salmon and for the side dish.
