Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Very good food here — service was friendly if occasionally slow, but we are on vacay so it’s fine. Plus the complimentary glass of good Prosecco when we sat down helps smooth over such things. I had the picanha beef with roasted potatoes- very good...- and my daughter liked her beef with truffle sauce. Good place off beaten track near Pantheon.More

We got lucky as the restaurant we had planned to eat at couldn't fit us in. Best food we had on our weekend in Rome. Intimate restaurant with tables pretty close to each other, but not over crowded. Was given a free glass of sparkling...wine which was a nice touch. Service is very polite but quite slow regards to getting your food so plan being here a while. Enjoyed the experience, very laid back and calming. Food was wonderful. Pasta fresh and very tasty. Treated ourselves to a couple of puddings to end the night. A really nice chilled evening with quality food. Wouldn't hesitate to return.More

Delicious food and great ambiance! The mixed salad and bruschetta were both fresh and tasty. The Pasta Carbonara was the best my husband had the entire trip (he orders it everywhere we go). The Pasta Amatriciana was incredible as well. The guanciale in both dishes...was crispy and delicate and the pastas were both so delicious we could not stop eating them! Our daughters had pasta with pomodoro sauce and they enjoyed them as well. The service was good - complimentary prosecco when we sat down and since we didn't have a reservation we didn't get to sit outside, but they offered us a table right by the door with a view outside still which was nice. I highly recommend this place - it was the highlight of our trip!More

Overall it was a great experience from the service to the food. The menu had great selection and all but one dish was amazing. The staff was also friendly and prompt. The prices seemed good value. I would visit my next trip to Rome

Went here for dinner with several family members and it was wonderful. Just found it, searching for restaurants in Rome. The service was great, nice wine list and great food. Shared some starters. The entrees we got the lamb shank, the seafood risotto, seafood pasta,...gnocchi with tomatoes and a large steak. Everything was so good. One of those hidden places on a back street in Rome.More

Cleanly decorated restaurant with high ceilings and friendly waiters. Pricing was very reasonable given the quality and quantity of meals. One of the best meals that we had in Italy for one week spanning three cities. The place is a little distance away from those...hot spots so it is a good place to relax and enjoy at the end of a long day.More

Wonderful family owned restaurant tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Pride of ownership evident in all of the details, from the welcome Prosecco to the delectable food, warm service, and closing limoncello on the house, we loved our experience here. When in...Rome, well worth your time and $ to make a reservation.More

We were running late to dinner and they couldn’t have been more accommodating about that. The service was superb. We had a pasta special which as great along with a veal dish. The house wine was fabulous as well. We had fried artichokes which were...too well done…that was the only blip! The most incredible thing of all was that the owner walked us to a taxi stand as we were nervous trying to find one in our own!! Now THAT’S customer service😊 Highly recommend this restaurant!More

The dinner was all fine until we noticed how the top manager (I believe) was behaving terribly in front of all guests. This ruined the whole experience. We would think twice before going there again. 👎More

A wonderfully cosy, absolutely delicious meal out in Rome. We found this beautiful little restaurant and were absolutely delighted from start to end. We experienced exceptional service and even got a small glass of Prosecco to start the evening. Delicious bruschetta to start; generous portions...and delectable flavours. Next, we enjoyed the best homemade carbonara we have ever tasted. I ordered two mojitos which were absolute perfection. Really reasonably priced and such a wonderful atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Rome!More

We had a 6:30PM reservation which was great because we got there before everyone else! Had the best seats and service since we were the only ones there! The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was well worth it. This place is off the...main roads but it’s crowded so make sure you reserve your time!More

Excellent food, very good service, next to the crowded places in the old town but it’s very quiet. It’s not expensive. Strongly recommend!
