Restaurant was recommended as casual...it definitely was a cut above that. Excellent and classy service. Beef tenderloin that was truly memorable. Nice regional wine selection at reasonable prices. A "keeper" for future visits.

This is a lovely restaurant and well worth the effort of visiting. We had the seafood tasting menu at 65Euros and it was superb. Really fresh seafood and presented excellently. We were given a couple of glasses of prosecco on the house and my wife...More

Pagaroma is a phenomenally good suburban restaurant in Rome just north of the Villa Borghese, within easy walking distance of two excellent hotels, the Aldrovandi and the Lord Byron. We had several meals here and each was better than the other: every dish is perfect...More

The staff here are fantastic. Huge white dishes overflowing with imaginative, fishy comfort food. Try the gnocchi with prawns. Could happily eat here every night. Fantastic.

Probably one of Rome 's better seafood restaurants . Warm and stylish atmosphere. The young man who waited on seemed uninspired though.

Dear OsloOslo, thank you for choosing our restaurant Pagaroma. We are glad that you appreciated the seafood quality and the warm atmosphere. About the waiter we'll keep in mind your suggestion for an internal audit. We hope to welcoming you soon. Best regards.

The service was excellent and staff was very friendly. Sadly, the food was bad, mediocre at best. At +100e you expect to get a prime dish. Not the case here. Worse than average 10e meal in rome.

It's not in the very center of Rome and typically you won't go there just walking by. Unless you are staying somewhere near the place. Locals eat there. Very cozy interior inside and nice patio outside to enjoy your lunch in summer for instance. Great...More

Visited for lunch. Stuck to the seafood which was very good. If you want a traditional restaurant, then you will like this place.

last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as
