This is a very unassuming little restaurant but don’t be fooled. I was in Rome for three days and this was by far the best Italian restaurant I have been to either in Rome or the US. Food quality is superb with attentive service and...More

We strolled by this place one night while walking back from dinner elsewhere. We thought it looked so nice, warm and cozy, we made reservations for dinner a few nights later. The food was good, the service was good....it was not extraordinary, but it is...More

This restaurant is in a small, quiet street just off very busy area - so a relaxing break. I loved their version of spaghetti cacio e pepe (spaghetti with pecorino cheese and pepper) - in fact this was the best pasta I ate anywhere in...More

Had the lasagna and husband the shrimp risotto. A lovely respite from the hubbub of the main drag. Great for an outdoor lunch. I liked the lasagna but thought the risotto could have benefited from a little more shrimp. Good friendly service.

One should leave moments in time and not try to recreate previous experiences. Two years ago our first dinner in Rome was at this restaurant and it was fantastic. We did the same again and even ordered the same dishes. The food was good, the...More

We had a couple of hours off without our kids and stumbled across this little gem, 80m from our doorstep. Reading the other reviews about this place being authentic and not bowing to the tourist trade is so true. Best and most reasonable meal we...More

Navona / Pantheon / Campo de’ Fiori
With three of Rome’s most beloved piazzas within a
five-minute walk of each other, the
Navona/Pantheon/Campo area may be the prettiest and
most picturesque area of the city. Join the beautiful
throngs hanging out in cafes, boutiques, art
galleries, and wine bars, or peek at a neighbourhood
museum or monument. If you want nonstop movida, the
streets here are busy with chic bicyclists and Vespa
