this restaurant is direct on the Via aurelia, The restaurant has a very simple service, but the food is good and the prices are reasonable. They have a typical Roman food, good pasta Amatriciana or even pasta carbonara. good value for money

ok for a snack. not a friendly set up. poor menu choice. was the only ristorante within 600 yards. It would be best to get a taxi around 7 euros for more choice.

A welcome meal after a long day sightseeing We popped in to the restaurant as it was near our hotel. It is on the main road and lit up bright yellow (making it easy to find) also next to the bus stop 246/247 for convenience Very competitive prices and good food Pizza/pasta/salad etc - and the drinks are slightly less... We love Italian food. We hoped for a relaxed, friendly, authentic 'local restaurant' where the client is looked after.....look no further. Super relaxed plate sharing throughout the evening with some lovely banter. Food quality very good indeed. Try it..you'll like it.

Had dinner here when we were on our Trafalgar tour. The food is excellent...however be prepared for foods without alot of garlic. I LOVE garlic and onions so was surprised that most Italian restaurants do not add it to their meal preparations. Overall this place was great and they give you a small treat of limoncello for an evening drink.... More

We stayed close by in the Ergife Hotel. On arrival we saw this restaurant on the main road and it was busy with locals - always a good sign. It was late so we walked up the hill to this restaurant and weren't disappointed. We had a table outside and were served by a friendly local who spoke good English.... More

After a busy day of touring Rome, our group came back to Ergife Palace Hotel and walked to Il Postiglione Restaurant. Our large group of 60 people were well attended to for a wonderful dinner. The restaurant also attended to the special dietary needs of several group members. This is a very friendly atmosphere among the patrons and staff. It... More

We ordered pizza margarita and pizza with buffalo cheese and cherry tomatoes. Both were with very thin crust and were delicious and crispy. The wine selection was very limited. The creamy caramel desert was not to my taste but teramisu was awesome!
