The great reviews are all true! Very affordable and delicious food, tasty house wine, enthusiastic and gracious host- he literally gives away food and limoncello. Homey and cozy without being too small. Do yourself a favor and visit La Forchetta d'Oro- you won't be disappointed!

We had Carbonara which was great, some starters and tiramisu as well as lemon schnaps on the house. Great experience and cheap prices. House wine was good, too!

What an amazing place to eat, relax, chat and enjoy visiting. The staff are fantastic, the food is never ending and so full of flavour. Nothing is too much to ask for. A definite MUST place to go.

We ate a pizza and pasta and they were really good. A nice small restaurant with guests from all over the world. The staff could be a bit more smiled, however it was really ok.

I felt there like I was on my house with my family. The restaurant is amazing, the staff is friendly, and of course noisy, but that’s the beauty of the place. Go, enjoy, and spend a great lunch or dinner there!

The food was authentic and very tasty. The house wine was excellent and a 70cl jug was only around 6 euro. The waiter dropped down a bottle of limoncello and two shot glasses after our dessert. We both left the restaurant full, satisfied and tipsy...More

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighbourhood just
west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as
it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet
for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season,
quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its
cobblestone streets. The neighbourhood supports unique
and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime
residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at

I doubt it - this restaurant probably specialises in gluten. To be honest it would be like asking a question in a fish and chip shop as to whether you could have a fat free and fish free takeaway. As for booking - the... More
