I came here with my boyfriend after visiting Trevi fountain for a quick bite to eat. We sat outside and were not welcomed by the two waiters standing at the door. They continued to chat despite us having no menus. I went to the loo and the male waiter was using the ladies toilets. We shared a pizza and a... More

Whilst expecting a higher price due to being round the corner to the Trevi Fountain, was disappointed by the arrogance of the waiter we had. He explained they do not have any taps as unable to serve tap water plus can only take one card payment for the bill, unable to split between 2. Had to chase initially for bread... More

I took the lunch and was OK. You have many things to choose: pizza, pasta and meat. The wine list is various. The food and drink was OK and the waiters also. The price was OK.

If you are not a budget traveler, this restaurant is a nice place for dinner. Well suited waiters, with a classy aged lady (owner) supervising them. We were 9 people, everyone of us enjoyed the food and the wine. Very good restaurant despite the none smiling faces of the waiters.

Just a bit of advice, do not even slow down walking past this place, they suggested a "special" and then charged 4 times the price of any other dish available and when it came to the bill said a tip was not included, despite being already added to the bill. They are just a money grabbing tourist trap. Be aware.

Absolute rip off. Yes it is on a main thoroughfare in the city with much passing footfall but the food here is average at best. 4 Euro for stale bread to add insult to injury. Walk round the corner and eat elsewhere.

I was in Rome for a short business trip and while walking around I saw this restaurant: well-appointed, with a classy and romantic touch. Great reception, really kind waiters who can help you order the best meal they offer. I can highly recommend the Rigatoni alla norma, typical dish in Rome, very well cooked. For dessert I got a Cannolo... More

Initial thoughts were its in such a nice location and did look pretty. As sat down the waiter hardly said two words to us and didn't even break a smile. We ordered our drinks once and only once as we weren't asked ever again. Our food was ediable but basic, for the price it wasn't worth it. My friends ordered... More

The small entrance a few steps from the Fontaina do Trevi is nice with a small terrace you wish to sit by (but at night, in November, Rome is a bit cold). The main room is timeless : you"re like at your grand parent's dining room with lots of old plates, glasses and so on in nice furniture. Service was... More

This restaurant is very close to the Trevi Fountain. There is inside and outside seating. They have free WIFI . They take Master Card & Visa. No dogs allowed. We found the service to be prompt and friendly. The prices were average with pizzas running about €12, meat dishes are more. They have house wine by the glass or you... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
