A superb restaurant, go for the tasting menu of 6 courses, it’s more like 10 in reality, and will leave you full and happy at the end. Great service, attentive and humorous without being intrusive. The food is sensational, the depth of flavour and complexity...More

We dined here twice during a 5 night stay in Rome. My partner is dairy free, I’m a food lover and we’ve dined at some other two michellin star restaurants in Rome, however this was our favourite by far. The food here is exceptionally presented...More

For something a little bit special you must try Metamorfosi Restaurant. If you want to spoil yourself go for the Expression 6 (€100) or 10 Course ‘tasting menu’. The sommelier can recommend a good wine from the extensive and range but you might not want...More

I booked a table here for my partners thirtieth birthday. We chose the 6 course tasting menu with aperitif, but felt a little patronised from the outset being reminded that an aperitif is served before a meal... This was the first menu we have had...More

Chef Cacares deserves his Michelin Star 100%. Carbonara Egg style was perfect and Fish soup ravioli very delicate. Comacchio Eel a must to try dish. Huge wine list Nice atmosphere probably not the best location in Rome

Easily one of the most memorable meals we have ever had. On our trip to Rome this week we also had the opportunity to dine at La Pergola. This was by far the more outstanding of the two. Service is attentive but relaxed and with...More

Those of you that really enjoy good food know how hard it can get to be amazed after few years of serious taste-bud training on the road. It also gets tougher to find interesting and creative dishes. I must admit we were impressed with the...More

The 6 course degustation at 110 euros was great value for money. Innovative dishes executed with harmony of flavours. The Argentinian Wagyu was a delight. Service was excellent and discrete.

Parioli
Young and well-to-do families are the street flavour
of Parioli. A new kind of Rome, this area is centuries
away from the Renaissance with its pockets of 1930s

of coffee shops. Parioli was built as an enclave for
last century’s haute bourgeois and still represents as
such in 21st century Rome. Need a break? The area has
several great sporting clubs known for tennis and

The best thing to do is to call them. We did the same as we had teenagers with us and were afraid that they wouldn't like what was on the menu. They were very helpful and offered us something appropriate for them.
