My boyfriend and I just loved this place. It was packed but the service was still great. Our server was an older lady who probably owns the place. Seems like a family run restaurant. I had the most amazing pasta with little clams, it was so yummy. The house red wine is super cheap and is actually very good. When... More

Once we left our luggage at our hotel the receptionist advised us to go here for dinner. It did not disappoint. Small place and food with LOTS of flavor. I had the fried squid and it was extremely delicious. Service isn't friendly but if you dont mind that you will enjoy the food and small cozy feeling of the location.

A little authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Rome.Even if it is in a touristic area, everybody working there speaks nothing but Italian. And there are no tourists. The people they get there are Italians and they seem they know pretty well the owner,a very nice lady.Everyday you may find different delicious dishes. It is not expensive, but it is not cheap.Taste the "gnocchi... We were spoilt for choice with great restaurants in Rome but Sora Lucia was so good that we went twice, once for lunch and then back a few days later for dinner. Both occassions were excellent. Their pasta was delicious and the panna cotta was the nicest desert I have ever had, highly recommend their house wine too! Wonderful friendly... More

We had a dinner at Sora Lucia and was very satisfied with that. This small restaurant serves 32 people at a time so it gets packed easily. Despite its close location to Trevi majority of the guests were local people, appeared to be frequenters. As expected the owner (an old hardworking lady) and the others serving almost didn't speak a... More

For our last night in Rome we booked a table in Sora Lucia, based on their excellent TA reviews - we were not disappointed! Wonderful food, atmosphere and service. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine Trattoria near the Trevi fountain.

This restaurant came as a recommendation from the concierge at another friend's lodging, and I am so glad that we listened! This tiny restaurant makes you feel like you're really in Rome, not at some place where someone has grabbed you by the arm and dragged you in to show you their "special deal" on mediocre pasta. The unassuming restaurant... More

We tried to get into his restaurant several nights before but it was packed...so we came at 6:30 that night and we were sited immediately...the roasted vegetables, the Ravioli and the Pasta with vegetables were all good...nice friendly service, good value.

Went twice, both time the food was divine. The sea food pasta was something else, the ossobuko was a master piece! Don't miss it!

Great, small trattoria atmosphere -- only 8 tables in the entire place. Friendly, impeccable service. Make sure to pay attention to the chalkboard specials. The owner and his waiter managed the room like veteran matadors...Make sure you have a reservation since they turned away customer after customer. Started with bruschetta, tried 4 kinds of pasta: carbonara, amatricianna, and vongolese. Finally... More

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
