We were looking for a place to eat lunch after our tour of the Colosseum and found this place. Five of us split a salad and four excellent pizzas. The head waiter was very friendly and welcoming and the entire staff was enjoyable. Service was quick but they did not hurry us. Highly recommend!

We left the coliseum to grab a bite before our forum visit b/c I wanted to get away from the crowds. Rick Steves says that you should always get off the main path and I would have walked further but we needed to walk back to the forum so we reluctantly settled on Pasqualino al Colosseo. The staff is very... More

Having already eaten, we stopped here for desserts and they were really good. We ordered the Tiramisu and another one that is a cream puff filled in with chocolate mousse and drenched in a chocolate sauce. We actually loved the "mousse" puff a lot, it out shined Tiramisu. The service on the other hand could have been better, the person... More

Welcoming and friendly staff who appreciated a return visit. Popular with locals which always says a lot. Good food and wine. Tiramisu to die for.

Good food with friendly employees. Didn't have the whole dessert list available and forgot our request once. In the end it was a pleasant dinner. If I'd live here I would surely come back again.

After wandering around the area (a bit lost I'm afraid) of the colosseum, I finally settled for Pasqualino al colosseo. Most of the tables outside were taken so I figured it would be ok. Ordered broschetta, a wild boar pasta and half bottle of wine which set me back €30. I'd say it's pretty steep for nothing out of the... More

The food was good we enjoyed it. But the drinks are overpriced €4 for filtered water, and €5 for a small amount of roasted potatoes they also added €6 service charge (even though the service could have been better) The drink prices and the other things overpriced left me giving this place a 2 star rating.

We visited here on our first day in Rome hoping for a quick tasty lunch. I ordered tomato bruschetta which was ok but over salted. I also ordered grilled vegetables which was a mix of fresh and I thought K tinned vegetables and not all grilled. Very odd. My companion had mushroom pizza, tinned mushrooms and the base was weirdly... More

Having been burned at a few restaurants in Rome, we carefully selected this one a block back from the Colosseum - brilliantly refreshing (and from my seat I could see most of the Colosseum too). Excellent service, excellent food (my tuna and onion pizza was superb) and an excellent price too. Great bread and oil was also served for a... More

This place looked ok and overall the food was reasonable. It was let down by the cold lasagna that was served to me. Both my other friend's ones were fine. Service was a little slow, with three meals coming out and having to wait another 10 minutes for the fourth meal. It could have been a good experience but was... More
