Well I have one officia Carbonara Evaluator: my Daughter who have asked for Carbonara at all Roman restaurants. For her here is the best one. Amazing attention and Mr. Danilo also is a nice guy. Besides the Carbonara all the pastas was amazing.

Couldn't even get past the hostess when she realized were not locals. As rude as I've ever experienced.

We read reviews that the service here was "surly" but if you could get past that it would be fine. My boyfriend and I opened up the door and a woman stood there. She rudely looked at us and said nothing until my boyfriend asked...More

We were a party of ten and this was our last meal after an otherwise wonderful two week Italian vacation. Everybody wanted to end it with a great pasta meal. Alas, we chose to come here based on an old food blog we'd come across....More

Highly recommend ordering the cacio e pepe. They bring it to the table in a Parmesan wheel and put it on your plate. Service was excellent. They even brought a dessert to the table when we told them that we were celebrating my brother and...More
