This restaurant is lovely and well worth a visit. The Pata Negra starter was off the charts. Took my wife here for her birthday, we will definitely be going back next time we are in Rome.

The first meal in Rome and it was delicious Cybo is super close to Piazza Navona and we stumbled up this gem by accident luckily. We decided to do the chef's tasting dinner it was 4-5 courses with the main being fresh sea bass. The service was outstanding we had a charming man giving us so much attention and he... More

My son and I dined here on our quick trip to Roma. Elio, our waiter, was like family. We started with the eggplant stack, and each had the gnocchi. Delicious! My son had the salmon; moist and flavorful. What a wonderful meal!!

We discovered Cybo by accident, as we were strolling around the little streets off the Piazza Navona, looking for drinks and dinner. We ended up at the bar at Cybo, and came every night of our trip after that. The ambience is welcoming, the food delicious, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. And best of all, one of the... More

On our second night in Rome, we didn't want to walk far from our hotel in Piazza Navona but we knew that we did not want to stop at just any restaurant since all of the menus were the same and most of the restaurants were very touristy with staff members on the side-walk begging you to grab a table.... This was the best meal we've had in Rome. Our server Massimo was attentive, kept the wine flowing, and made amazing recommendations. Come here!

My friends and I stopped by Cybo for dinner. The servers standing outside were not pushy and very welcoming. Massimo was our server and was attentive to what each one of us liked. He made us feel welcome instead of just 3 tourists. Food was fantastic as was the atmosphere.

We had a fabulous evening in Cybo with Stefano y Matía who are fabulous barmen very professional, friendly and multilingual ! The cocktails / copas they served were as good as any we could have in Spain. I would definitely recommend this bar if you are visiting Rome in the near future. Thank you for making our visit to Rome... More

We Couldn't have picked a better place in Roma for dinner... Veronica was the best host to our evening... The food was unbelievable. Veronica also helped us pick the wine selection for our group and it was spot on. The service, the food and ambience were all a 10!!! Thank you for making our experience memorable on our epic trip...
