Always has a good crowd and excellent espresso martinis. Maria was so personable and sweet. Perfect location too.

Best dinner of our Roma trip - July 2022

For reference- I'm an American who's been to Italy 6 times, Rome 5 times. Lots of home Italian cooking. 100% recommend!!! We waited about 10 minutes to be seated around 7pm. Absolutely worth the wait. DELICIOUS! We ordered Amatriciana and Carbonara. Both were excellent. A...tad on the salty side for my taste but still amazing. Great service, great food, what more can you ask for?More

Best food in Rome

The food was so good we visited twice. They get busy around 20h00 but not hard to get a table before that. They recognized us the second time, brought us a complementary glass of Prosecco and ‘a light snack’. We thought that would mean peanuts...or olives with our drink. It was a huge bruschetta platter with one of the best things I’ve eaten- blue cheese and pistachio spread on toast. What?! Then the pasta was incredible. And the focaccia?! It was the thinner kind, so a bit crispy and tasty. The price was then extraordinary. We were sad that we couldn’t return a third time.More

Disappointing Experience

We were staying in a hotel close by and this restaurant had good reviews so we dined here our last night in Rome, sadly. The food was very average and we had to wait in a cue line for 20 minutes, honestly, should have walked...away. Rome, unfortunately, has a lot of this-average and overrated food. I would definitely avoid this place as it is mostly for tourists.More

Unconsiderate host

I would like to share that my experience with them was awful! My husband asked for two tables of four and the host said about 10mins. That same host 2-3 mins later came up to me and asked me how many and I said “oh...my husband talk to you about 2 tables for 8 of us” He then proceeded to say”no no 8 is not possible”. Mind you, I was okay with two separate tables. What was more rude and a slap in a face was that right in from of us (as we decided what to do) he took two other parties, seating them like nothing. No apologies, no Im sorry you’ll have to wait longer, NOTHING.! Worst customer services ever!!More

Excellent pizza, really good value for money

The food and wine are delicious, the service is speedy and friendly, the atmosphere is great and we had a wonderful evening here. The staff were fantastic, even returning my lost property when I returned 3 days later.

Great food, even better service!

Amazing food, great service! I would strongly recommend it to everyone! Typical Italian cuisine, keep in mind that it’s very crowded and might have to wait for a table. But it’s worth the wait!

Amazing!

Great staff to take care of our family of 7 including kids 2 nights in a row. The meals were delicious and the service excellent. We went early and avoided a line that formed early evening. Outside and inside seating . The chairs inside could...be more comfortable. Many shops and restaurants on this street.More

Lovely place

Lovely place and the waiter Regine was very sweet and hospitable. The Trastevere vibe is something to experience and with this restaurant you feel it.
