Food, service , placement. After you get out of the san pietro basilique stay right through the collumns. Go through the passage and walk 3 minutes straight. It s worth your while .

We stumbled across this ristorante close to our hotel and what a great find it was, so much so, we dined there three times during our short break in Rome. Varied menu to suit all tastes. We tried something different each night and were never disappointed. The menu had English translation and the staff were very happy to explain and... More

We are staying an extended time in Rome between Trastevere and the Vatican, so tried this restaurant on a walk seeking dinner on our first night. It has a feel of being a neighborhood place outside the normal tourist areas. It was a wonderful dinner and we got carried away with an excellent 1 litre carafe along with a great... More

We've been lucky with the restaurants in Rome, but I San Pietrini was the best. I was upset they didn't had truffle, so I had to change my mind when the server was taking note. I just trusted her with a recommandation: rigati pasta with fish. It was outstanding. Meanwhile, my girlfriend ordered a pizza with squash cream and sausage:... More

My brother and I visited this restaurant and would highly recommend it. The waitress Camilla was very friendly and helpful, recommending some really tasty things to eat. I will definitely return.

Love the food and the great service. Had a pasta with delicious duck in orange sauce (FETTUCCINE fatte in casa con anatra marinata all’arancia e rosmarino), as main plate to perfection “FORNARA” traditional roman BREAST of VEAL with chicory and olives.... and as dessert an orgastic brownie with molten chocolate filling (SOUFFLÈ di CIOCCOLATO FONDANT).

The atmosphere was amazing! My grandfather had gotten lost walking back to our hotel and one of the waiters wrote him directions and he remembered him when we returned to dine there! He recommended some amazing appetizers for us to share and the food was as beautiful as it tasted!! The only negative was that we didn't discover it until... More

My best friend and I visited this restaurant and were very impressed! Not only are the prices reasonable, but the hosts were truly amazing. The restaurant is an authentic Italian family business and has been open for over 30 years. Unlike many restaurants in Rome, the Chef is Italian. The staff, specifically Andrea and Alessandro, were so knowledgeable regarding Italian... More

We LOVE San Pietrini. My friend said it was the best meal she had ever had in her life. I agree! I had the eggplant with the cheese...and the Donato wine...and the amazing staff. So friendly, wonderful food and drink. Best restaurant in Roma!
