Great place in the Maison FENDI with a nice interior design. We had lunch and chose to go for the menu of the day. This is really a good choice and not overpriced seen the quality that is served. But the service of our main...waiter war rather poor and not appropriate for this kind of venue. It felt like chain work and our remark about the Champagne was not really considered - no more bubbles. We had to pay for it. The same waiter was not qualified to recommend us a good wine pairing ….More

Probably the best bar Restaurant in Rome. I loved every minute. From the welcome to the spectacular service. The location is just perfect and the ambiance is unique. The sitting slots are a bit strict but it’s ok. Must try: the soufflé dessert.

Very good place for drinks and sushi. We really enjoyed our visit. The prices are high, but reasonable. Service was perfect. To compare with other Zuma restaurants it is the best one. Our recommendation is Ribeye steak, nigiri sushi and Zuma dessert plato. Delicious

Went for Dinner on a Friday evening, the food was top quality and the service so perfect, Edoardo the Director took care of us in every detail and suggested a delicious selection of sushi and japanese delicatessen. We will come back to try the robata.

Sushi treat for my daughter and I. The food was excellent. Fresh and innovative. Fun drinks. I think the lunch deal is quite a steal, plenty of food and a few supplements offered as well. This is the first restaurants we have been to that...actually required to see our vaccinations cards and took temperature and we have had many meals at restaurants.More

We went for dinner on a Friday night, we arrived slightly early so we had a drink on the outside lounge on the 6th floor. There is a great view, the drinks we ordered were fantastic and the staff was really friendly and polite. We...then moved downstairs to the restaurant and enjoyed a great meal. The food is all really delicious! We liked it so much that the next day we came back to have an aperitivo. The aperitivo time starts at 6 and they offer a limited selection of plates from the dinner menu. At 7 the menu expands to include most dishes. We re/ordered most of the things we had the night before which were all on the menu but our favourite dish, the wagyu gunkan, unfortunately wasn’t. We asked if they could please bring it for us but despite them offering wagyu plates in the aperitivo menu the manager said that they couldn’t accommodate our request. This is the extra step and consideration for their clients that would have earned them the 5 stars.More

I booked a table 3 weeks ago and travelled all the way from Sweden to celebrate me and my wifes anniverssary. When i come to the entrance a really non polite guy says there is a “Dresscode”. I was literally wearing new collection of Hugo...Boss, but this was t satosfactory. I then explain to him that you must inform your customer of this before they arrive and that this is really bad customer service. While im talking to him another couple that came from abroad wished to enter the restuarant but he also declined them. They had like us not received any information and the level of customer service and understanding was like nothing ive ever seen before. I do not recommend anyone to go there and will share this exsperience with people i know had planned to go there.More

I just wanted to let future customers know that if you call at 8:04 you can't make a reservation. I called at 8:04 and I was told in a very abrupt and rude tone that I have to call the day after to make a...reservation as they take reservations from 10 am to 8:00 pm. Being that this a four-star restaurant you would expect their staff to have manners. Their customer service is severely lacking. Shame on you Zuma restaurant, you've lost a customer.More

The shock of how poor the food was a Zuma last night might stay with me for centuries- not in the least because I had a great time in the London branch, and because surely a place perched atop the Fendi building overlooking the Spanish...steps can do better than chewy beef, old-tasting sashimi and too-thick gyoza. The setting is spectacular and the cocktails are nice, but the food... Cali g it supermarket grade is me being compassionate.More

It depends at what time and which day of the week. Of course during weekends and from 7PM on is better to reserve your table. When I went there on a Sunday at 6PM we were lucky and we found a table without any reservation.
