After several days of pre-planned spots to eat, we decided to improvise and entered Pizzeria Brandi. It started well, but finishes with a negative note. We were 11 people and got immediately seated on a big, quickly arranged table in a place which seemed to have been visited by many famous people. In a typical local atmosphere, we decided to... The first owner discovered pizza margarita for queen margarita. Today pizza margarita is one of the best plates for the restaurant and one of best pizzas to napoli. Also and the pasta plates was perfect. The environment of restaurant is very traditional napolitan

Nice place. Good pizza. Service was not at all attentive or nice (except when it came to the tip). The wine card however was a disgrace to the food and to Italy. Not going back !

Went Easter Saturday to this historical pizzeria. Our kids were skeptical because of the tripadvisor rating, but it was recommended by relatives of us, so we decided to try. The kids should keep right. History may be on the side of the place since the Marghetita was invented here, but in the meantime the recipe was lost. The pizzas were... More

Best pizza ever, home of the pizza, so of course, had to give 5 stars. Yes the place can be cramped and a little pricey, but in my opinion, if you go to southern Italy, Brandi is a necessity.

The pizza was the best I have ever had. The service was quick and polite, but not very warm or welcoming, which seems to be the case in most restaurants in Napoli. The waiters have quick hands, so don't place your change on the table after received...

Three friends and I went to Naples as a weekend break. On our first night we stumbled across this restaurant boasting that it was home of the margarita pizza. We asked if there was a table for us and we were told to come back at half time , as the football was on and the staff were watching it... More

The oldest Pizzeria in Naples, it naturally specialises in them, limited menu otherwise, Very good wines. Not the cheapest around but still very reasonable

This may be birthplace of the Margherita pizza, but ours wasn't good - soggy in the middle and overcooked on the bottom. To add insult to injury, we had very poor service when they were not busy! Our salad came in a timely fashion and we ate that. Worried about time to get back with our group, we asked for... More
