One of the best gelato artigianale ever tasted. I reccommend trying the Pistacchio ice cream. They have a number of interesting flavours. All at reasonable prices. Will definitely visit again.

The most rude staff we have come across in the whole of Naples at the end of our weeks’ stay. After being completely ignored by the woman on the till and the woman behind the counter (both just walked off), we spoke to a woman...who had turned up and sat next to the till with her coat on, and she almost shouted at us and just kept sticking her finger at a board on the wall which resembled nothing we’d seen before in any of the gelato parlours that week. Her facial expression, mannerism and words, all in Italian, were just not nice. So I told her so and walked out. No wonder the place was EMPTY and the other parlours we went to next we’re all full, friendly, and very nice.More

So good! We had gelato here every day we were in Naples and it never disappointed. Huge servings at fair prices for delicious gelato with a several amazing flavors. Do not miss! So good! We had gelato a lot of places during our two weeks...in Italy and nowhere was better than Mennella.More

High quality gelato, made properly - in Naples, it’s the best alternative. You won’t remember it forever, but it’s more than enough to enjoy at the moment😋 Highly recommend to try nut tastes (especially pistachio) and “Cremino al sale”.

A visitor of Naples will soon realise that the city is full of pastry-ice cream shops. Pasticherie that also offer gelati and gelaterie that also offer a variety of traditional sweets. But Mennella is a purely gelato selling place, and in my opinion is one...of the best Gelaterie in Italy. Here, gelato making is a form of art, using the best local ingredients and thanks to their masterful technique their product is a work of art with divine taste. Without artificials or colorings you taste pure and intense flavors, made by genuine, fresh and natural ingredients. Nut flavors in particular - almond, hazelnut with whole nuts, walnut and pistachio will have you coming back for more and as it is for locals Mannella will become also for you the most appreciated Gelateria in Naples.More

Good ice creams that are worth to try in Naples. Scopes are huge comparing to other places!!! We enjoyed all flavours except Pistachia.

I have never ever eaten such a delicious ice - cream in my life. I have tried pistachio and turkish nuts. We went back on an other day just for the ice cream.

I visited this gelateria a couple of times during my 2 visits to Napoli, the first one being in November 2018, the latter one in April this year. I was never disappointed, nor were my relatives. They simply make FANTASTIC gelatos here. My personal favourite...flavours are the coconut and yoghurt ones-beautifully balanced in terms of sweetness and super creamy in texture..To die for...More

Great, awesome gelato, as every Mennella. Very rude cashier (a lady). Bad attitude to the clients and a closed face. Never coming back on this store here at via Toledo. But for sure in others Mennellas stores.
