Claudio really knows how to deliver a delicious meal for a very small price. The Buffalo Mozzarella is very fresh and very good!! The pizza is hot and crispy and thin as a wafer with a big ego. The Bolognese sauce is so good that you will wanna befriend the chef just to know greatness. It's a nice spot after... More

It looked all so nice, and the waiter was really kind. But the pizza Nettuno was repugnante - terrible. We had 5 mussels, 1 shrimp, a handful of cut, squid, big peaces of leek, some cut parsley, and a sauce that existed in watered tomatopurée . No spices, no basil, no oregano. Just that terrible sauce. We ate a little bit,... More

We stopped in while waiting for our tour to begin for lunch and thought it was the best find of our visit to Naples, but Naples sucks soooo. The owner or manager selected my beer and made an excellent choice, our meals were good and service about normal. We would do it again.

Il Pomodorino was convenient to our hotel in the old town area and it was a good choice for lunch. Friendly, casual service and great pizza. Six of us shared four pizzas and one pasta. Choices included spicy salami, margherita, and a white pizza with artichokes, olives and onions. All delicious and very reasonably priced. This restaurant is not on... More

Il Pomodorino is a great place to go for pizza. The pizzas are cooked in a wood fired oven which makes the crust crispy and it is done in about 4 minutes. My wife had Margarita pizza and I had a pizza with mozzarella, Italian ham, arugula, and freshly shaved Parmesan cheese. Really good. Cost was 4.50 euros for my... More

Poor service possibly caused by shortage of staff, however it was a Saturday evening when we visited so there should have been sufficient staff on duty. Our order was taken in good time, starter of Bruschetta was good, we choose a bottle of Falerno wine which turned out to be the best wine we had tasted for a long time.... More

Literally it's very hard to find a bad restaurant in Napoli but I managed to find one! Lol, we were very hungry and found this place for dinner. Staffs wasn't very friendly or nice to us, ok it's Italy you don't expect much of service here but food?! Naughty!!

I was there with my girlfriend at the end of our visit in Italy. It was the worst place in our trip. We ordered a pasta (bolognese, gebovese). The bolognese pasta was undercooked - no it wasn't al dente, it was undercooked. The second pasta which I got, have got terrible sauce. I can't find there any parmigiano, the sauce... More

We were visiting the palace and decided to drop into this restaurant for a quick lunch. The man that greeted us was friendly enough and directed us to a table. We looked through the menu and was asked what we wanted by one female member of staff who seemed to have no personality or was just in a bad mood.... More

The restaurant is one of the average touristy places that you find everywhere. The pizza was too greasy and tasteless, compared to much better locations in Naples. However, the surrounding neighborhood and the view if you are sitting outside are amazing and it is worth it after a long day of walking. Service is okay.
