Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What can I say? This place is amazing, and the food is stellar. First of all, the environment is gorgeous, with all those plants, and the wine bottles... You can sit inside or outside, both options are great. The staff is really friendly and professional....And the food... I had one of the numerous pizzas that can be veganized, it was otherworldly (the one with zucchini cream and yellow tomatoes). Certainly among the top 3 pizzas I ever had. I washed it down with some Chinotto. And then I had the tarte tatin! Simply fantastic, I cannot give this place 6 stars, otherwise I would.More

On our last day in Naples, we had lunch at the vegan restaurant Vitto Pitagorico. Nothing to complain about the quality of the food or the service provided by the staff, but a comment on the behaviour on both the human and business side has...to be made. At the end of our lunch a homeless man approached our table and asked if he could eat two olives left on our plate. When I asked if he was hungry, he told me that he had not eaten for days. I therefore told him to sit at our table because he would be our guest. He thanked me but wanted to sit alone at the adjacent table. Ii has to be said that the tables were outside under the vaults of a public passage. I therefore told the waiter to bring him what he wanted, I would pay for the order. The man just ordered a simple pizza. So far nothing abnormal When the pizza arrived, the owner extremely rudely chased the man away, even grabbing him by the arm. At my remonstrances and since I was paying the bill, a heated argument ensued. My daughter was shocked and burst into tears and even called the owner one word too many. For this I apologise because it is not the upbringing we have given our children. The emotion of seeing someone treated like that, set off the springs of a young person with little life experience. The same thing, however, happened to the owner who is neither young but runs a Restaurant . Attacking customers, shouting at them to take the homeless to their homes gives her neither honour nor respect. At most he will lose more customers. I strongly advise the owner to remove the inscription on the inside 'LOVE EACH OTHER' as this is an affront to humanity and unwary customers to read the negative reviews and you will get a clear picture of the personality of the gentleman in question. As an executive of a big Company I would advise you to review your behaviour. And while I could understand some of your arguments, it would have been easy to turn a blind eye at the time to react differently after the customer left the premises. You would have had a satisfied customer, sold an extra pizza, received a positive review, and instead? I notice that you have already responded to other customers on our behalf. I can assure you that this is our first writing. But there were other customers in the restaurant who witnessed the scene. Although I know that my writing will probably only serve to incite you to reply to me in your usual manner. I look forward to your reply so that I can send it to the local tourist board. However, I wish you a good day.More

This was the best restaurant we ate in while in Naples, we ate there twice. The service is kind, they do not try to sell anything because they must know that their dishes are good. The cuisine is innovative, healthy and tasty. The setting is...beautiful.More

A great restaurant that steps out of just pasta and pizza in Naples. It was refreshing to have a salad and fresh vegetables. The restaurant is in a good location and very big. There are lots of vegan options to choose from but they're not...your typical vegan recipes and lots of raw dishes. The still water is just tap water in a bottle but it’ll cost €3 per bottle.More

The food is reasonably good but we were very disappointed and surprised to find that our €75 bill (for 3 salads and a pasta) included, not only a cover charge of €2 per person but also a service charge of €9. Thus €17 of our...bill was imposed without prior knowledge and represented a significant proportion of the cost. The service was, in any event, only efficient at best.More

Excellent vegetarian restaurant, with an interesting, creative menu, and very pleasant surroundings. A plus was that it offered both pizzas, which made the children happy, and more elaborate and unusual dishes, which delighted the parents. The dessert menu was great too. The menu offers taster...options with smaller portions of multiple dishes. Great wine lists. We will definitely go back when in Naples again.More

Thought we d give it a try as I'm a vegetarian and my daughters a vegan, my daughter enjoyed her pizza but unfortunately I didn't mine, I had to leave it as base was doughy! Prices didn't seem too bad when we looked at menu...but then you start adding on hidden extras, €4 for 6 olives we never asked for, €3 for bottle of tap water we never asked for & service charge €5, so €12 before you even got your food, so like I said in title, don't go if you're travelling on a budget!More

Had finished several hours in the incredible Archaeological Museum, and I was famished. One of the kind museum staff, when asked for a nearby vegan or vegetarian restaurant, sent me here. It was lunchtime; place wasn’t crowded, so I had my pick of the tables....Unsure of what to choose, I asked the server for recommendation between 3 meals that looked appealing. The one I chose included a first course, a main, a beverage, and a dessert. At €22 plus cover charge, it was good value and great quality. Highly recommend the place!More

This restaurant is exceptional , if you are looking for fresh, vegan food. The menu list is varied, ingredients fresh. We tried the sesame salad ravioli, the asparagus risotto, the white spaghetti, and could fault nothing. The restaurant itself is very tastefully done, and the...staff is very pleasant.More

My Wife and I had the privilege of having dinner at this restaurant on May the 10th, 2022. We ordered a couple of Coke Zeros, the Avocado Soup and a couple of Pizzas. The Pizzas were also good, but the avocado soup will be the highlight of the visit, because it was so delicious...More

We went at lunchtime and had a margarita pizza and salad, which were both great! Very prompt smiley service in a lovely setting. It was very tranquil given the chaos of naples.
