We visited the George while staying at the Darling Buds of May Farm . The service food and drink were all excellent in a very quaint pub in Bethersden Village just a very short journey from the farm all at very reasonable prices.

No pretensions or airs about The George – could do better and could be a lot worse – points for smiling and trying – a fair pint when needed – thanks

Lovely village pub. Quite deceptive from the outside. Excellent, reasonably priced food and lots of deals available both during the day and evening. Good choice of ales and friendly staff.
