There are many good restaurants in Valencia to go to if you want to eat well. But don't go to Samsha expecting just a good meal. Victor takes the dining experience to another level. It's a shame to give away to much here. But be prepared for the most inventive, imaginative, ground-breaking culinary experience of your life.

Interesting gastro show, with a completely new and unique concept, based on two enthousiastic persons, Victor (mostly in the role of The Chef) and Irene (mostly in the role of The Charming Waiter). From the starters I remember the oyster icecream and a kind of gazpacho with lime and worchester sauce. Main courses (two very special salads) are prepared by... More

It is the most creative cuisine place I have ever been to.- modern, beautiful and very good cooked (this is also relevant!) cuisine combined with light and Music games which intensify flavours and feelings. I had such a really good time and I recommend to people who like new experiences to take advantage of the creativity and the charm of... More

Really nice restaurant, outstanding presentation of the food (as the pictures), and excellent service and decoration. I would say that this is a must in Valencia if you are a foodie. A bit expensive though.

I wish we could have enjoyed more because the molecular element is fun. It ends up being amateurish, tasteless and not sufficiently satisfying. It was quite nice still, would not recommend it though when you are familiar with Michelin star restaurants.

We managed to get a booking with our local family members, like most of Spain we started early at 9pm with the Resturant almost empty, and watched every seat get taken over the next few hours. Luckily our host could translate the menu where the food was made to look like something else. I still don't understand how they make... More

One of the most artistic and fun experiences I've ever had in a restaurant. A must go if you visit Valencia. Incredible tasting menu and very reasonable for what you get.

Three of us recently had the tasting menu at Samsha, and were blown away by the creativity and skill of this chef. The ambiance is modern, the service excellent, great well-priced wine list, and incredibly interesting food which is playful, innovative, delicious and artistically presented. Each course had a different, interesting and unique bread with it as well. This is... More

Samsha is a typical example for the unique combination of creative top quality food and high-end design that can be found in Spain. The restaurant presents itself with a lot of glass, space, retro-curved colour areas, and of course cool simple cutlery. The menus of seven senses (5 or 7 courses plus opening and closing) are already amazing when reading.... More
