I will definitely return to this very cool place. Great for lunch, brunch or drinks. Located in hip Mala Sana. Check out the basement beach.

The design is pretty cool and the service was fast enough. Too bad the food was pretty average. Not a bad experience but I wouldn't come back.

Great environment, delicious food & good vegetarian options. I got the detox salad and the veggie sandwich. Both were great.

I ate "huevos parisionos" and a veggie brunch with a friend. Really good the taste of the food and the presentation of the dish. I completly recomend this restaurant if you love breaksfast as I do. The cakes are really good too.

We had breakfast at Ojala and chose the "healthy plate". This came with fruit, youghurt, bread with ham and ricotta. Everything was delicious. Juice and coffee was included! This ended up being the best breakfast of our visit and didn't cost us more than 10€/plate.

I am not one to write reviews often(not at all actually), but for this once i make a huge exception. Being it for the worse though. To my understanding human beings can have a bad day or the restaurant might be busy. But in my life time of 23 years, have i never been treated so rude and with such... More

We went to Ojala because we heard it had the best brunch and the rumors were true. The place and the decoration is trendy and new, the menu is big but to the point. The prices are just right, for 10 Euros you get your meal, coffee and a drink (juice/beer). They also have the usual mimosas and bloody maries!... More

DONT GO IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 5 PEOPLE. I have gone twice and I have had the same problem, they over charged and we cannot fit in one table and waiters are super rude about it. HORRIBLE SERVICE BY THE WAITERS (the only good server is the girl). When you are too many people they will add items to... More

What a great atmosphere. The food is tasty and inexpensive.bwe had drinks coffees and 3 mains for just over 30 euros. This is wacky little restaurant / bar that makes you smile. The décor is fun and cleverly builds the atmosphere. Love the sand pit seating area down stairs. On a sunny day loads of justice seating. But I would... More

Staying in Malasana

Neighbourhood Profile
Hip bars and galleries, independent theaters and music venues, young people with tattoos and funky hair, narrow winding streets — this is Malasaña. Near the center, Plaza Dos de Mayo is a gathering of friends outside bars, dog owners, artists under craft tents, and creative types with notebooks and sketchpads on the plaza’s benches. It may not be as neat and tidy as many other parts of the city, but this only adds to the Malasaña edge. Shops and bars here range from hippie-crunchy to upscale trendy, and on weekends, the streets are bustling around the clock as the nightlife progresses from dinner to bar to disco to late-night food. On the west side of the neighbourhood is the subdistrict called Conde Duque, named after a large pink fort in its center that has been converted into a cultural center for exhibitions and performances. Prettier yet just as edgy, this intimate corner of Malasaña is home to a young international community.
