Summary: Expensive, average food and bulk quality events, but seems to be fun for the kids. Easy access and parking and lots of space. I had lunch here as part of a 'comunión'. The area is huge. Small "train" took us to our designated area...and in the same area there were 5 or 6 other similar events. They had some installations and activities to get kids active and happy. Enough food but it was really average, and with average- wine. Hosting several events for thousands of people at the same time seems to affect the quality, or it's just cost savings. I guess at the end you are paying more for the space and staff than food. The mascots (with people inside) looked scary, maybe the same suits since the 90's. Those together with the clowns felt more like a horror film than kids party, from adult point of view. Huge appreciation for the people who do that hard work to make kids happy, but the house should provide quality suits and make-up for the actors and actresses. Some of the tables had an extra "table" next to them, that could be used for presents and other things and gadgets part of the comunión/birthday/wedding/etc. Although not all the tables had this option. Maybe something to improve as well? At closing time (5pm) it was raining and as a surprise the trains back to the parking didn't exist. Not very well thought of for events where majority of the people have suits and dresses. The whole business seems to have grown out of control, which has made it totally bulk. Maybe there was quality before, but at least right now it's missing. - Easy access and parking - Lots of space for kids - Average food - Expensive - Service OK+More
