Its a small business situated in one of the weathiest neighbourhoods in Madrid, so do not expect to eat cheap. An average price if you eat normal would be around 60-80€ for 2. The food is well prepared and fresh. Recomended 100% i been here a couple of times, if you are planning on a weekend dinner/lunch think about maling... More

They had one guy serving the whole restaurant so it was really slow - but I can deal with that. When the... More

Tipical japanese sushi, very good quality food. Don't let the aspect of the place deceive you. The chef there is great, the best sushi i had in Madrid.

A bit early in the evening we arrived at kokoro. Decided only to take sushi although the restaurant offers complete japanese menus. The sushi was fresh, very tastefull and in good portions. Price was more then reasonable. Service was quite fast. We where in and out within 45 minutes.

Sushi was really good! And at a very reasonable price! The place is a bit hidden and very small though. But definitely worth a visit! But go early or reserve a table, it gets very packed after 10 PM! BEWARE: they have a very funky reservation policy. They work it in two shifts, one from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM... More

Staying in Barrio de Salamanca

Neighbourhood Profile
Barrio de Salamanca
Broad, tree-lined avenues with pretty streetlights frame the neighbourhood of Barrio Salamanca. With beautiful condominium buildings that make up most blocks in this area, this part of town is refined and quiet. It is also host to a few of the city's large shopping avenues, including Calle Serrano and Calle Jose Ortega y Gasset. A walk down these streets will reveal upscale chains, small boutiques, and plenty of opportunities for shopping or checking out the stylish displays. The locals here are polished and fashionable, the atmosphere is leisurely, and the lush Retiro Park on the southern border is yet another opportunity to enjoy the outdoors. A stroll through Barrio Salamanca is all about admiring the beautiful architecture, window-shopping, and people-watching in this upper-crust corner of Madrid.
