The plaza is a focal point of interest and center for to many things to see There are plenty of stores and restaurants around as well as amazing people

Fun and excitement saturate Plaza Mayor. You name it you see it. All kinds of shoppings, dinings, strollings. You can do the hop on hop off bus to see more of Madrid. Lovely place to visit

Amazing environment that must be experienced. Lots to see and do, but some of the places are "tourist traps".

The Plaza Mayor is a very vibrant place full of tourist. The Plaza is lines with restaurants and shops. At night, there are performers in the Plaza to entertain. The entire area around the Plaza has nice little shops and eateries.

Loved the churros here. We wandered around the various streets and soaked up the fantastic Madrid life.

The place in the beautiful Plaza Mayor, very tempting to just sit down and enjoy the view. But food is below average, poorly done, greasy and with a terrible service. Just have a beer and eat elsewhere.
