A very normal fast food. No more. The atmosphere is nice and the food no bad. There's better around there.

I have visited many of the Woks all over spain and this one did not disappoint. The food was presented well. It was delicious and the variety was very good. The drinks cost a little more than you would pay in a bar, but not overly expensive. We were not rushed and in fact sat over drinks and coffee til... More

Quality was poor, but maybe the visit was too close to closing time. Two members from a party of five had symptoms of vomiting and diarrhoea.

Great asian menu, where you can enjoy a very 'standard' dish, or else try something totally new for your taste buds :). Prices are quite good (as other restaurants from this food chain, like VIPS and Ginos), and service is very nice. The restaurant environment is a little informal (none or paper tablecloth), but lighting and other decor makes it... More

Food was gorgeous here, staff are friendly and attentive. The food here was excellent value and they also do take away which is handy also. Loved this pace so much that we ate here a few nights and it was always busy.

right at the corner of gran via facing plaza de espanya, We had a short quick meal the Wok. Green curry was average, fried beef was average, the fried rice with seafood was nice, and the duck rice very good, if not pricey for it's portion. Will not normally be considered excellent value for money, but good to satiate a... More

We visited this restaurant in july 2011. It was very modern and had a retro type theme. The portions were huge. Make sure you try the starter plate to share, it was amazing! Great value for money and the service was exellent!!!

Staying in Centro

Neighbourhood Profile
Centro
Expansive plazas, local and foreign crowds, street performers, colorful lights, window shopping, restaurant signs promising the best paella, ham, and churros con chocolate- this is downtown Madrid, a collection of plazas interconnected by a network of side streets. Some of these side streets are wide pedestrian shopping routes, and some are hidden, so it's possible to duck in and out of the bustle as desired. The iconic Puerta del Sol is the giant crossroads of the city and a must-see attraction at any time of the day. The nearby Plaza Mayor, completely enclosed by historic red buildings, is an ideal place to grab a bite to eat outside, amidst scores of tables and people out for a stroll. Plaza Isabel II (also known as “Opera”) is smaller and a good meeting spot, and the stately Plaza del Oriente is the front yard of the Royal Palace. Centro can be touristy (pickpockets are unfortuately not unheard-of here), crowded, and sometimes gimmicky, but it is also the place to experience classic Madrid.
