Popped in here for beers after a hot day of sightseeing. The guys behind the bar were pleasant and fun and provided delicious free tapas with every drink! Definitely worth a visit because of the good atmosphere and the close proximity to Gran Via.

Once I found this place, I had dinner there daily. For such a small place, the menu was incredibly varied. The food was very good, service very quick and friendly. The place was kept spotless. All in all, very enjoyable.

Good Spanish comfort food option. Good for breakfast and dinner. Food is freshly cooked at affordable cost. We eat three times during our three days stay in Madrid.

I would characterise this restaurant as a Spanish 'greasy spoon'. It's a basic cafe setting with photos of the various dishes on the walls. The main waiter was very warm and welcoming, but other staff were less pleasant, with a tendency to walk away before...More

On the first day we arrived in Madrid we were exhausted and wanted to eat somewhere within a 1 mile walk from our hotel. We were very friendly welcomed and immediately got our table in between several Spaniards eating their three course lunch. We both...More

and creative types with notebooks and sketchpads on
the plaza’s benches. It may not be as neat and tidy as
many other parts of the city, but this only adds to
