One of the best sushi places in MAD and definitely a Micheline star quality. This is menú place so you don’t need to worry about what to order. It’s not cheap but worth every cent. Each piece is a masterpiece. The place is small so...make sure to reserve well in advance.More

We’ve heard about it on a (probably paid) advertisement. Don’t say yes to the caviar, it’s about 35€ but they ask you for permission like if you have an allergy rather than if they will charge you for that. Total BS! Much of the tuna...had strong strings, which made me doubt of the quality of all their products. Flavors were very mediocre , nothing special. We also made a reservation a week ago for the bar but were consoled to sit on a regular table. Anyways, no big deal but the vibe and the food just did not justify the price. We also found a hair in the desert, which my boyfriend out of shame did not mention. Which was really a shame. Anyways, the owner had an arrogant attitude which made me write this. If not I wouldn’t have written this. But when I find something unfair I like to tell others. Anyways; I hope you keep evolving. And by the way: The best thing about this place is the bold waiter with beautiful blue eyes! Keep it up! You made everything better!More

A proper, traditional sushi bar that will blow your mind. Make sure to pick a seat in the bar so that you can see all the action. There is only one menu, you get one or two starters and then a whole bunch of nigiris,...fresh and perfectly prepared. Now that 99 KO has closed, there aren't many true sushi bars to choose from in Madrid, and this one might be the best choice if you want a pure experience. Unlike Kabuki or Sushi 99, there is not a lot of fusion in the dishes. Pricewise, it's slightly cheaper than those two for a similar menu (i.e heavy on nigiris), and slightly less formal. If you want to get amazing sushi, this place is totally a can't miss.More

Chef Mario admires high-quality ingredients, and pure skills. Each dish has its unique finishing touch on the basis of maintaining the original flavor. 一家非常好吃的日料餐厅。主厨Mario崇尚高品质食材和纯粹的技艺,每一件料理在保持原汁原味的基础上,总带有他的一点小小的画龙点睛。

Excellent fish and innovative maki and nigiri. Sitting by the bar gives you the privilege to see chef Mario Payán working.

BE CAREFUL. Extremely unwelcoming experience. Arrogant waitress, badly assembled sushi, dubious approach to caviar overcharge and the worst of all 3 hours sitting down to have 16 pieces of sushi. In summary A TOTAL SCAM !!!

It’s obviously a popular restaurant but certainly que price quality is not good. It’s a set menu and half of it is good (not spectacular, as you would find in the likes of KABUKI or IZARIYA for that price. The service is also not comparable...to these restaurants. What offended us most is that they sneaked in some caviar with one of the nigiris without us realising it would cost 28 euros extra to have it. It was sneaky and not the kind of behaviour from such a restaurant. We felt cheated at the end.More

Pros - Quality is good, specially for some nigiris Cons - Very expensive, closed menu for 72€ and they charge you caviar on top for some nigiris ( 12€ each) - Closed menu has really poor dishes ( curry soup as last dish and many...others) - Service was pretty bad for such a restaurant: dishes were explained in 2 seconds without any kind of excitement and i order wine and didn’t even let me try it first - Time between dishes is long - The dishes are extremely small In summary much better options in Madrid: izariya, umiko, kabuki, umo,... Don’t really understand all the good reviews.More

5 friends who like Japanese food, we’ve tried all the good ones in Madrid (Kabuki, Umiko, Doki Doki, etc) and this one has zero special, it is very expensive and the food quality is poor.

Multi-story residential buildings decorated with
